Educational Talent Search 2022 Summer Camps

The Educational Talent Search program will host four camps this summer. The camps will be offered on SCC’s campus. All camps are free to students. Enrollment is limited in all camps, so students are encouraged to enroll early. A snack and a meal card for lunch will be provided daily. Registration forms and instructions for the registration process can be found online.

ETS 2022 Summer Camps

Science Camp
June 20 – 23, from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
6th, 7th, and 8th graders
Hands-on activities will focus on biology, physics, chemistry, engineering, technology, and math. Students will also learn about various careers in the science industry. The deadline to register is Thursday, June 16.

STEM Music Camp
June 27 – 30 | 8am – 12:30pm
6th – 12th-grade students
Hands-on activities will focus on songwriting, beat making, podcasting, creative writing, and more. Students will also learn about careers in the music industry, copyrights, audio editing, and have an opportunity to create their own beats.
The deadline to register is Thursday, June 23.

Financial Literacy/Cryptocurrency Camp
July 6 | 8:30am – 12:30pm
Rising 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th
Ever wonder what cryptocurrency is all about and how it works? Is cryptocurrency the future? All these questions and more will be answered.
The deadline to register is Thursday, June 30.

Camp Cardiac Care
Monday – Thursday, July 11-14 from 8:45 am – 4 pm
Friday, July 15 from 8:45 am – 11:30 am
Rising 9th and 10th graders
*Breakfast and lunch provided daily.
Camp Cardiac Care is filled with hands-on learning in nursing, medical lab technology, phlebotomy, nurse aide, EMT, CPR, and first-aid training. The camp is great for students interested in exploring a career in allied health.
The deadline to register is Wednesday, July 6.
