SCC Trustee Scholarships Awarded

The Trustee Academic Scholarship is a $2,500 scholarship that was established in 1978 by the Board of Trustees to attract Columbus County high school graduates with the highest academic achievements to enroll in Southeastern Community College. Each year, recipients are selected from every public and private high school in the county.

 

The 2016/17 recipients are, front row from left, Victoria Grace Moody from Columbus Christian Academy; Julianna Cameron Evatt and Kloe Elise Stackhouse from West Columbus High School; and Ferrell Lee Jones, III from South Columbus High School. Back row from left, are Olivia Grace Kissam from East Columbus High School and Jordan Aleah Maguire from South Columbus High School. Not pictured is Emmie Beth Conner from Whiteville High School.
